Product feedback today lives everywhere and nowhere.
It comes in through support tickets, app store reviews, sales calls, user interviews, Slack messages, and a dozen forms in between. Teams collect it, but rarely connect it. Decisions get made on whoever shouted loudest last week.
The cost is quiet but real: features ship that users didn't ask for, requests sit in backlogs no one revisits, and the people who took the time to share feedback never hear back. Trust erodes on both sides.
