Promote any feedback item to a backlog card with one click. The original feedback follows it as evidence — a permanent join between the customer voice and the work it inspired. The backlog item knows who asked, what plan they’re on, and how many other people have asked for the same thing.

When you mark the item shipped (or when it lands as Done in Jira, Linear, Asana, or Trello via two-way sync), ChirpBack can build the announcement straight from the backlog item — and email every original requester automatically. The loop closes itself.
